Concept library access

When you request library access, we store your email address, optional business interest, consent choice, and the time of your request in our Cloudflare database. We use that information to provide access and understand which concepts interest readers. We do not sell the information.

A necessary session cookie keeps the library unlocked in your browser for seven days. It does not contain your email address. Access opens in the browser after submission. A library request does not send an email or verify ownership of the address.

Marketing updates are optional and require a separate, unchecked consent choice. Declining them does not affect library access. A library request does not start an automated email campaign.

AI chat and project inquiries

The website chat uses HighLevel’s Conversation AI. Opening chat connects your browser to HighLevel. Messages and any contact details you provide are stored in our HighLevel account so the assistant and our team can respond. The assistant is AI, and its suggestions may need review.

The project inquiry form also sends your answers to HighLevel, including your name, email, company and project question. Chat and inquiry submissions do not enroll you in marketing. Please avoid sharing passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records through these tools.

HighLevel may use browser storage and technical information to maintain a conversation and process a submission. You can read the HighLevel privacy policy. If you prefer email, write to us directly using the address below.

Data requests

Library access records remain in our hosted database until they are removed. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw consent. Clearing the cookie ends access in that browser but does not delete a stored request.
