The Very Good Guys (“TVGG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses this policy to explain how we handle information submitted through this website, including a 4 Gaps Audit request, a Business Build Map application, and an optional newsletter or waitlist request.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the form you choose, we may ask for:

• Your name and work email address.
• Your phone number, company name, and public website or profile, when relevant to the application.
• Your approximate team size and the operating challenge you want us to review.
• The opportunity, existing evidence, decision path, readiness, and 90-day outcome described in a Business Build Map application.
• Your email address when you separately request newsletter or waitlist updates.

We may also record limited website context such as the page and call-to-action that led to the form, fixed campaign categories, device type, and aggregated page or interaction activity. We do not send your name, email, phone number, company URL, free-text answers, or raw campaign values to website analytics.

• Review and respond to your audit request.
• Evaluate a Business Build Map application and send the related decision or booking information.
• Send updates only when you separately request them.
• Decide whether TVGG is a suitable fit and prepare a relevant next conversation.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and enquiry process.
• Meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Requesting an audit or submitting an application does not subscribe you to marketing. We will use the details to respond to that request unless you separately agree to follow-up or updates.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to operate the site. Formspree receives and stores form submissions and routes them according to our account configuration. Vercel provides website hosting, performance monitoring, and aggregated Web Analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law, with your consent, or when reasonably necessary to protect people, TVGG, or the service.

5. Analytics and storage

Vercel Web Analytics is configured without third-party analytics cookies and reports aggregated activity. Audit-source details are kept in your browser’s session storage so the request can be attributed to the correct page or campaign. Form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, our services, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations.

6. Security and your choices

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other highly sensitive information in the challenge field.
