Is this just more consulting?
No. Consultants sell advice and leave. We install the systems, train the team, and stay on the hook for the outcome. If it doesn’t get used, we didn’t finish the job.
What does the 20% of backend growth actually mean?
Net-new revenue we helped drive, measured against the baseline we lock on day one. Paid monthly. If revenue doesn’t grow, the 20% is zero. We only get paid the upside when you grow.
What’s included in the $3,000 base?
The team, the seat, the weekly operational work. SOPs, automations, training, dashboards, on-site visits, the whole stack of engines. No setup fees, no milestone invoices.
Will my team actually use this?

Can we cancel?
Any month, no notice penalty. We don’t do annual contracts or cancellation fees. If it isn’t working, we both walk. No chase.
